If you at least follow the anime or otaku culture scene even a little bit you should already know what Kantai Collection is. To put it simply: World War II ships(mostly Japanese) anthropomorphized into girls. I've written my impressions on the anime, now it's time for me to review the game.

Blizzard announced their new game and IP, Overwatch. A Team-based shooter that's influenced by MOBAs and TF2. Here's some of my thoughts on the game.

Identifying Different Tiers of Pay to Win in Games
In my last article regarding Archeblade I talked a bit about
that game being Pay to Win and I wanted to write more about Pay to Win in
games. I see the term being thrown around quite a lot lately and most of the
time people are just using the term Pay to Win to anything that offers
microtransactions in it. A Free to Play game with microtransaction does not
make it Pay to Win, and while I can just write about how this is the case I
will instead write about how you can decide for yourself whether a game is Pay
to Win or not.
Digital Platform Trend
With the success of Steam, other companies have stepped up
and try to get a slice of the digital platform cake. Big boys like EA with
Origin and Ubisoft with uPlay and Blizzard with Battle.Net Launcher or even MMO
companies like Perfect World with Arc, Aeria Games with Ignite and Trion Worlds
with Glyph. They are all now competing with each other, trying to get ahead of
Steam who already had an enormous lead.

War Thunder: Ground Forces Open Beta Impressions
I like tanks, and even though I don’t have complete
knowledge about every World War 2 era tanks(or even modern ones) I enjoyed
games that showcases tank combat. I played World of Tanks a year ago for a few
months and really enjoyed it. Of course the fact that I used some mods to make
the game more reminiscent of a certain anime also helps further improve my
overall enjoyment of the game.
Marvel Heroes 2015 Review
The Online Action RPG Marvel Heroes by Gazillion
Entertainment has been released for one year now and it hadn’t gotten
particularly great reviews when it came out. A year passed and Gazillion
improved and added a lot of things to the game, but does those changes really
make a difference?

Archeblade Review
In a market filled with First Person Shooters and MOBAs, a
game that combines some fighting game and action elements to arena-based
matches does sound quite interesting. And that is exactly what Codebrush tries
to bring with their game, Archeblade.
